As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Seattle, I draw upon my extensive sales and partner management background to excel in customer success. My primary objective is to empower customers by delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that precisely align with our enterprise clients' unique requirements and objectives. My approach is rooted in consultative customer success methodologies, allowing me to cultivate enduring relationships, foster adoption and retention, and ultimately drive the growth and satisfaction of our valued customers.
My core competencies include customer success, customer relationship management (CRM), sales enablement software, account management, and strategic planning. I have a passion for helping customers achieve their total potential products and services, and I have successfully exceeded my goals and expectations in terms of revenue, retention, and referrals.
I am also keenly interested in history, culture, and traveling the globe and living abroad. Next up is visiting Greenland 🙂

I've had the good fortune through hard work and some luck to have lived and worked in Sweden twice and Siberia* once. I've also traveled extensively for work and fun having achieved a bucket list visiting every continent. Next up is Greenland.
All of these experiences have helped me become more culturally aware, which has benefited me greatly as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager working globally.
*Siberia is a long story
